10.00G ohms Resistor.

i have an oddball resistor in a LCD TV circuit, inverter board, its brown, black, white, and gold band
put into http://www.eeweb.com/toolbox/4-band-resistor-calculator it tells me its 10.00G ohms, anyone got any idea, why it would be in a circuit, i dont think i would find a replacement easily, so any ideas what values i could use to make a 10.00G ohms in parallel?
any ideas oh how i can bypass this as its activating a protection circuit stopping the TV from going.

Any help would be appreciated.

They would be in series... not paralel... just add the values of whatever you can get to get a total of 10G00.

Thanks ill try that, as its monday today i might hit Jaycar and see if they have one or can get one in stock or can even test it on my meter all i get is .003 Ohms
