10K NYC switching help?

I need to convert the resistance of a NTC stat to switch a relay. I am a heating engineer and the stat will be clamped to a hot pipe ( I have the NTC stat - its a 10K one.) I need something to 'switch' at about 4k?(50 degrees) preferably solid state and powered by 230v mains?
