Remote control of heating valve

Just had a new boiler installed. The motorized valve in my heating system should connect directly to the boiler, but this is impossible without a lot of upheaval - moving furniture, lifting carpets, floor boards etc. So I am looking for way of doing this by remote control, i.e. wirelessly.
The boiler has two terminals, which would normally supply 230Vac to the valve when it needs to be opened. The remote control transmitter would have to send an ON signal to the receiver when there was 240V on the boiler terminals. The receiver would have to supply 240V to the valve motor. Removing 240V from the boiler terminals would have the opposite effect.
