Hi, 1st like to say hello to you all, just joined :)
Very new to electronics, in fact all I've built is a few kits (which I loved) pcb type kits.
Will tell you what I would like to do.
Pick a breadboard project with schematic and parts list and have a bash at building stuff,
is this possible, looked around on-line and it's a bit confusing, yip you get the schematic, but only a rough guide to what you require.
just bought 5 mins ago "30 Solderless Breadboard Projects: Bk. 2' by R. A. Penfold" but really I don't know if this will give me
(1) Schematic (2) Parts List .................and what would be great is a walk through
May I also ask for a few addresses for buying resistors, capacitors, etc

Thank You
Warm Regards
Gary :D

Ebay is good for bits.
Get a book something like, electronics for beginers, or simple electronics etc...I made those names up.
search ''electronics'' in non fiction on ebay.
You need to know ohms law and start from there.

On your breadboard a 555 timer some LEDs, resistors and capacitors are a good start.
There are lots of beginer kits on ebay some are good value.

Post back here whith any questions... I get in sometimes, there are others who know their stuff.

Look forward to hearing from you.
