I am considering buying this switch,

I was just wondering what exactly Acc stands for on the switch. I mean i understand that it is connected to ground when it is in one position and power in the other but i was just wondering what it actually stands for.

I suspect it stands for accessory - the terminology used suggests it is intended for automotive use. It won't be connected to ground though - the power and acc terminals will be connected when the switch is one, open when off. The ground connection is needed to power the LED.

It won't connect directly to ground in the off position, the only purpose of that tab is to provide a negative terminal for the LED.
It is a single pole, single throw switch SPST.
Basically, if you wire it up with the +ve supply to power, your accessory +ve to ACC and connect ground to -ve all should be good. If you get the supply and ACC back to front the LED will remain lit all the time.
