MLCC SMD capacitor replacement

Hi, I have a graphics card with 2 fried capacitors I would like to replace. I am brand new to electronics so I bought a multimeter and looked at some youtube vids. I would be extremely grateful for some guidance moving forward with this and I also have two questions about how to read the multimeter correctly.

I set the Ohm setting to 200 and the caps read 8.3 - what is the actual uF value of this reading please? I'm assuming 8.3uF.

The voltage of capacitors on the same row all read 1.2 when the multimeter was set to 20v - what is the actual voltage value of this reading please? I'm assuming 1.2v.

Many thanks in advance!

Mark

[Edit: Ohm setting from 2000 to 200 to give 8.3 instead of 020]

The cap is not 8.3 uF... I am not sure how to do that real other than an LCR meter or some mind boggling sums.
The voltage is 1.2V.

If the reading is 1.2 when the meter is set on upto 20VDC the voltage between the electrode is 1.2VDC.
