Hi guys
It seems one of my risistors has blown inside my PID box...can someone please tell me the name/type of resistor this is? Or a suitable replacement I could use?

I suggest that to start, you try and get the resistor cleaned up a bit, so that the colours show up a bit clearer. On this site there are resistor colour code charts, which are simple to use. Go to Technical Data > Resistor Colour Codes. Then you need to get a resistor of the same value and tolerance, and about the same physical size (or larger).

BTW, do you know what caused it to fail?
