damaged motorcycle dash circuit board

Hi Guys,
I've inherited a motorcycle that seems to have an electronic problem. I sent the dash to a locksmith who has told me that a certain part of the circuit board wont power up as it's damaged.
Now, when i plug it in to the bike i can get it to power up but it won't disarm the immobiliser (i guess that's the bit thats fried!). I've opened up the clocks and had a look myself. Non of the circuit board is snapped of but a few of the silver lines seem to be a little worse for wear. almost like it's pitted.
Sorry for being a bit vague, i really have no idea about this stuff but i'm hoping someone here does!
hopefully you can see the photos below!
Please help!!!
