High Frequency and Power FET

Hi all
I am wondering if anyone can give me some advice. I am after a FET to be used in a 12V powered circuit which is able to switch 2.4GHz @ 35A (420W). I realise this may be asking much since there is a large amount of power needing to be switched, but I would be very appreciative for any information or perhaps more realistic figures.
If you have any idea where I might find FETs or perhaps other components that could be used for this purpose I would be extremely appreciative.
