Looking for help with wirelss switch unit manf

I have a requirement for a 4-5 small wireless switch units to be made, I have a circuit drawn and am looking for someone to make the build them for me.
I had arranged to have a circuit drawn, etched then assembled but the person who was going to do it has let me down.
If anyone can help I would appreciate it.
