Dc amplifier.

Hello. I am finishing a little project which uses a 555 timer as a voltage controlled oscillator. The voltage naturally changes based on a signal however the voltages range from as little as 50 and around 350mV DC. I would like to boost this somewhat (approx by 7 times) so the tones generated by the 555 will be more distinct. I googled DC amplifiers but i've not had much luck. most transistor or op amp projects i saw boosted AC. Short of converting DC back to ac (if it's possible with those voltages) is there an inexpensive way of boosting the DC?

Thanks

just use a transistor base input and eatheir or is out put and ground depending on npn or pnp to ur signal and need to add resistors its the same as 555 cct that drive higher curent devices ull see that trasistor
