i'm trying to build my brother a stand that he can put his watches on. they're the type of watch powered by movement. problem being he has three, and as he only wears one the other two are left in his safe for up to 6 mths. i built a little turn table but my query is how to make it run for 6mths. i wondering if theres an easy way to circut a 1.5v or 3v or 9v or somelike batt to make it run for longer.
my turn table consists of a 6 gear remote control car gearbox (i think)
anyway any sugestions would be greatfull

thanks but as its a safe there is no way of getting a wire in. also it dosnt need to be an up and down motion as they work on gyros it only need to move. what i really need is a long lasting or slow giving power source. could i mybe hook up a solar panel and a uv emitting diode??
