Wireless motor on/off switch

Hi everyone, this is my first post and I'm a complete beginner to electronics.
What I would like help with is the following.

I would like a motor that will wind a thread on a bobbin/wheel and I would like to have it switched on/off remotely.
The motor needs to be fairly powerfully ( it needs to pull an item weighing approximately 3 to 5 grams)

If any one can help with circuit diagrams or components list etc.
