Hi,
i am a neewbie and need to be put on the right direction. I am trying to learn how to read a tansistor datasheet for a Darlington 2SB1647. I have read many guides on the internet but they all tend to advise on diffrent types of datasheet and the one I am reading does not make it clear.
I am ok with the max ratings i can follow that - however i am a bit confused as all the ratings are minus i.e. it sates
Vcbo -150
Vceo -150
Vebo -5
why does it say minus?
next on the electrical characteristics i would simply like to know the min and max to put across the base and what multiplyer the emitter to collector would be, the info given is as follows.

I know it is a big ask but if anyone would take the time to explain the above to me i would be very grateful i want to be able to learn this for myself for the future.
