LCD Driver help pls???

Hi all.

Im about to purchase this high powered LED shown here, the data sheet is here aswel.

I carnt find the correct driver to run it from a 12v power adapter i will be using.
Also do i need a heatsink for this LED as you can see its quite expensive so i want to make sure its done correctly.
any help much appreciated.

I did speak with a tech over live chat an he recomended this driver but im not sure whether hes right.

Don't know if this web site could help you but have a look. http://www.luxeonstar.com/ I would definity use the largest heat sink I could find.
