Last night I put in an order to Rapid online. On checking my order later I found I had sent for the wrong bridge rectifier! I contacted them via email to try to change the order. They emailed me back today to say my order was already dispatched but that they had sent out my replacement item free of charge and postage as a gesture of good will! I feel this type of service deserves to be noticed. Well impressed!
