Where can I get a simple circuit built?

I'm looking for someone to build a simple circuit to convert 6v AC (from a bicycle dynamo) to a steady 5v DC.
Ideally built into a box with a bypass switch to allow me to use dynamo lights when not charging devices from the 5v.
Looking for a female USB socket to allow me to charge gadgets on the go.
I've found a schematic online, but I don't have the tools or experience to build this.
I'm happy to pay for it to be done, any ideas where I can get one built?
