Tantalum Capacitor Value?

I'm an electronics newbie, I have a little blue device marked "A01 014" that appears to be a radial tantalum capacitor, but the code confuses me. does this mean it is a 1 nanofarad cap? if so what do the first three digits refer to? this is a component out of a 1970's-80's Guitar effect called the Memphis Auto-Wah. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
